Organization of Events and Conferences

Hungarofest takes on full operation of cultural and professional programs. Our goal is to have more and more events present in Hungarian cultural life, to serve the professional interest of the population and professional organizations, to get into the European cultural stream. All this can be accomplished with perfectly implemented, high quality, and professionally deliberate conceptions and programs.

Hungarofest has been executing the programs together with the commissioners – considering their interests –, in co-operation with the local cultural institutions, supporting the local entrepreneurs.

We assume full organization of festivals, development of conception, writing PR strategies and agency-tasks, technical and financial transactions, event organizing, counseling.

In 2009 Hungarofest Nonprofit Ltd. was invited by the Mayor’s Office in Eger to organize a cultural festival for the city. The invitation was accepted, and on16-20 September 2009 we organized the festival entitled: The Treasures of the Carpathian Basin which received several thousand visitors in Eger.

It is appropriate to consider the Festival our most important reference, as during the 5 days of the program a cultural conference, as well as classical and pop concerts were organized with participation of such artists as the Saint Ephraim Male Choir, Eszter Bíró, Nigun, Alma, vida y Corazon, Theological Academy Choir of Novi Sad, Miklós Spányi, Suhancos, Vodku, Muzsikás & Alexander Bălănescu.
